Born and raised in Bethlehem, Chef Justin’s culinary journey is rooted in both hometown pride and world-class training. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, he honed his craft in some of the country’s most dynamic food cities—New York, Miami, Baltimore, and Nashville—working in top-tier kitchens that shaped his bold, refined approach to cooking.

Following the pandemic and the birth of his son, William, Chef Justin and his wife, Amanda, felt the pull of home and returned to the Lehigh Valley to reconnect with the vibrant, welcoming community that first inspired him. Today, at Vault Brewing, Chef Justin brings a fresh, inventive perspective to classic dishes, crafting food that is as thoughtful as it is approachable—designed to elevate and complement the exceptional, high-quality beer Vault is known for.
