Alejandro Ramirez, chef, and owner of La Perla Tapatia worked in various high-cuisine restaurants for more than 20 years. Alejandro dreamt of starting his own business and bringing his culture and family recipes to our Easton community. With the help of his wife, Mariana, and their three children, they open their doors on July 13, 2012, on Northampton Street. It wasn’t until 2018 that, La Perla Tapatia relocated to Forks Township.
With Mariana’s sweetness and optimistic personality, and Alejandro’s delicious Mexican cuisine, they have become one of Easton’s favorite restaurants. Serving great-quality and flavorful plates.
